2，Try to delete the game app and redownload it again.
3，Make a new Facebook account to connect to the game.

How do I invite friends to play
Login the game，click “FRIEND”on main interface——ADD. If you know your friends Game ID，you can input his ID in “ADD”interface. After that，just wait for your friends to accept the request.

Why gear enhancement failure ？
Gear enhancement has a possibility cost feature which for example, as shown in the picture, there is a 15% chance that gear enhancement material will be used but gear level remain unchanged. If you want to increase that possibility, say you want 100% gear level increase when enhancement material is being used, you can click on the plus button to adjust or click on MAX button. However be reminded that this increase of possibility cost diamond.
