Hong Kong time: Monday to Saturday, 9:00AM - 7:00PM
We are an independent team. In order to give a faster response so that you can have a better game experience, we work six days a week. Hope you can understand if we are not being very responsive at nighttime or on Sundays.
I forget my game ID when I contact support
We can search your game data by your game ID or by your connected Facebook name. So if you have connected with Facebook before，you can provide your Facebook name when you forget your game ID.
