I paid but didn't receive the gems
No worries at all. This is top priority for our support team to make sure the issue is resolved within a day or two. Please contact support@flangegame.com providing as much information as possible. We will need your game ID, the screenshots of the payment record(which tells us the order number and purchase time). We will verify, find out the problem and discuss compensation accordingly. Once in a while, there could be a lag between you buy the gems and the total showing in game. If that's the case, try relogin the game and check if gem number increased.
