If I reinstall the game，will I lose all my progress?
The progress is saved in your device， it won't lose unless you change device or reset device.
I lost my progress after reinstalling
When you relogin the game after reinstalling，tutorial will appear. After you pass the tutorial，you will see all your progress.
But if there is something wrong and you lost your progress after the tutorial，please don't hesitate to contact support@flangegame.com，and tell us your game ID（your connected Facebook name is ok if you have forgotten your game ID.） ，the approximate time you lost it，any thing special happened before you lost it. We will spare no effort to help you get your progress back.
I have a new device，how can I move my game progress to my new device？
Unfortunately current game progress cannot be transferred. But we will make it available in the next version. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause
